

Andrew Schneiderman
Andrew Schneiderman is the Senior Director of Impact Investing at the Bay Area Jewish Federation – one of California’s largest community foundations and the single largest funder of Jewish causes in California. As a center for Jewish philanthropy, Andrew works with individuals and families to develop impact investing strategies that support their philanthropic goals. Since joining the Federation in 2020, Andrew has built the leading impact investing program in the North American Jewish community aimed at moving charitable dollars away from traditional investment accounts and towards investing in mission-driven organizations helping to create a more inclusive and equitable economy aligned with Jewish values.
With our 10 years of experience in investment management, portfolio construction, and corporate strategy, Andrew is dedicated to navigating impact and financial trade-offs within philanthropy. He holds an MBA from University of Southern California and a BA from Washington University in St. Louis.
